Repeatability and Reproducibility Module
This module is designed to integrate with the GT Manager software, and allow Repeatability and Reproducibility studies to be performed in accordance with the Ford document PTG02-188MT “Guideline for Measurement System and Equipment Capability” Oct 1997
The module;-
- enables the identification of gauges that are subject to R&R study;
- identifies when studies are due; prints schedules as appropriate
- enables selection of the appropriate Type of study from the six defined in the guidelines
- can print data collection sheets for the studies
- has input screens to input, record and calculate the results of each R&R study.
- Batch facility to create new studies and print data collection sheets for gauges when next study becomes due.
- Facility within the normal gauge Inventory screen to view R&R status of gauges.
